The bigger misery, the greater gratitude

When we forget about gratitude...
Some people naturally know how to be grateful, that is, when they are lucky, they give birth to us in a favorable situation, have a warm and happy family, and grow up with inherent self-love. When an incident occurs, they are self-aware of what they have, their self-worth has been refined for many years and they are used to it.
Some people have to go through a lot of trauma and practice, but in return, this gratitude is much deeper. That's me, as well as countless people going through what I've been through; This group all understands that "Gratitude" is turning sand into gold.
One day, my boyfriend suddenly encountered many obstacles in his life and asked himself: "How can I make today better?"
I just gently replied, "You just need to find 5 things to be grateful for in your life today."
And I also say this to my community, to a lot of customers, but like my lover, a lot of people struggle to find these 5 things. Sometimes 3 is already lucky, 3 things take an hour. But just try to work hard little by little, in the end 3 things are not only too simple, but finding 10 or 20 30 things also becomes a daily habit. This is a very good way to "exercise" the mind, because every habit always takes about 60-90 days to form.
Later, even without writing it down, this gratitude habit was ingrained in my mind, at that time it was difficult to want to be ungrateful.
However, the life field on this Earth is a real test of people's love and faith. Because adversity makes us drift away and forget.
We are more absorbed in what we have lost than in what we have.
While listing it out, everyone would find it funny..
It's like focusing on suffering for the lost money but forgetting to look at your own ability to create that money
Focus on suffering for those who have given up on you but forget to look at those who have never left
Focus on suffering for a bad day because work goes downhill, boss scolds, traffic jam, traffic jam, late train but forgets to look at the thousands of opportunities that are waiting in front of you.
Concentrating suffering on so many things I wish for but forgetting that I still have this body, this health, and this breath, maybe this whole house, is already more than a lot of people.
Or there is a story online that the wife focuses on her husband's 2 hours of going out to play and thinks that her husband doesn't love her, but forgets the hundred hours of the rest of the week that her husband is always there to help her.
Spending so much time comparing with people who have more than you forget to look at those who look at you longingly..
The weather is still beautiful and life is still going, if everything is bad, why am I suffering?
Even if it's just a few lines of sharing, it's impossible to describe the magical power of gratitude; But I just want this presence to remind me that: The more suffering, the more grateful we need to be.
One day, you're not just grateful for what you have, what you still have, what's positive; but even what you lose, the negative things are what will make you most grateful.
